SPRINT TRIATHLON DISTANCE:  500-Meter Swim, 12-mile bike, 5K Run
SUPER SPRINT DIVISION:  150-Meter Swim, 3 -mile bike, 1-mile run
We will allow life jackets for super sprint division.  Competitive and Beginner Friendly

INDIVIDUAL COST:  $60 until June 20, $80 from June 21-28
TEAM COST:  $80 Until June 20, $100 from June 21-28
SUPER SPRINT COST $25 until June 20, $35 from June 21-28

Check in 5pm-8pm Fri, June 27 and 6am-7:30am Sat. June 28 at Dahme Lake.  We will allow sign ups on site the day of the Triathlon.  Course Description:  Bike is out and back and flat and run is out and back and flat.
